Where can I purchase your jewelry?
The store is currently set up through Etsy
If you prefer to not use Etsy, please contact me and we can set up a form of payment through Paypal.
What payments are accepted?
Credit cards and Paypal are accepted. More forms of payment are available through the Etsy store.
What shipping method do you use?
Packages are shipped as USPS First Class Mail and should typically arrive in 2-5 business days. Please allow 1-2 days for me to process your order before shipping it. For custom orders please allow 2-3 weeks for the order to be made and processed before shipping.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. Under certain circumstances may an item be exchanged. Please contact me if you would like to exchange an item and if there is an issue with the order. Thank you.
Do you take custom orders?
Custom pieces are available. Contact me with what you would like and if it is possible for me, I will work with you to make it happen. Please note some papers for the origami jewelry are special finds and are limited. It is possible some paper designs are no longer available.
Do you take wholesale orders?
Wholesale orders are possible, please email me at clockeworkandlace@gmail.com for more specific information.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Some general tips and instructions for extending the life of your jewelry are:
- Keep jewelry dry.
- Don't shower, swim, sleep, do housework, or work out with jewelry on.
- Jewelry should not be left in extreme temperatures or in direct sunlight.
- Beauty products such as hairspray, lotion and perfume should be put on before jewelry.
- Wipe off skin oils from jewelry when finished wearing.
- Jewelry should be stored in a dark, cool place.
- It is recommended jewelry be stored separately and sealed in a re-sealable airtight bag (such as Ziploc) to help keep it from tarnishing.
To clean origami jewelry: Take a damp cloth and gently clean the piece (mild soap on the cloth may be used, then wiped off with a clean damp cloth).
It is not recommended the piece be submerged underwater.
